Dive Asia Now reserves the right to adjust the prices listed due to currency fluctuations, government action or amendments to itineraries and air/land/sea transfer timetables.
Rates & Taxes
All rates are inclusive of the relevant taxes.
Package is only confirmed upon full payment.
Package sold are NOT returnable.
Holiday Change and /or Cancellation
Dive Asia Now Pte Ltd reserves the right to change or cancel your booking/reservation in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.
Should change or cancellation prove necessary we will give reasonable notice thereof, in circumstances, and where available, offer you a comparable or better alternatives. If an alternative is not available or acceptable, you will be entitled to either a full refund of payment to us or transfer to another dive destination without payment of any transfer fee.
If the change or cancellation is due to force majeure (i.e. circumstances like political unrest, war, riots, civil strife, closure of airports or ports, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemic or health risk, Acts of God, adverse weather conditions or other similar events beyond Dive Asia Now Pte Ltd’s control) we will give a full refund of any payment to you less reasonable expenses incurred by us in respect of your booking.
Dive Asia Now Pte Ltd is not responsible for the costs of any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations or rescheduling of any tour departure.
No refund or reduction of the package fare will be made to a client who does not partake in any meal, sightseeing or does not utilize the accommodation provided, during the course of the tour.
The following charge will apply for any cancellation or amendments made irrespective of any reason:
More than 15 days prior to departure – deposit will be forfeited.
Within 08 days to 14 days prior to departure – 50% of package fare.
Within 01 day to 07 days prior to departure – 100% of package fare.
Document fee will be levied at 20% or minimum $50. Where the percentage of cancellation fee is less than the package deposit, the cancellation fee will equal loss of deposit. Please note that if the reason for cancellation falls within the terms of any holiday insurance policy which you hold, then any such charges may, subject to the terms of your insurance policy, be refunded to you by the insurance company.
Transfer of Booking
If after your booking has been confirmed, you wish to change to an alternative departure date, transfer your booking to someone else who satisfies all the conditions applicable to the package or you wish to change to a different dive package, you may do so subject to a period of reasonable notice and providing the new holiday date is available.
A fee of SGD50.00 per person will be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. A change of travel date or itinerary within 21 days of tour departure will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply except when the change is to an earlier tour departure of equivalent or greater value in which case a SGD50.00 per person amendment fee will be charged.
You are strongly recommended to take out comprehensive insurance cover for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability. Please check that the insurance covers all of the activities that you will be participating in, including scuba diving. Some polices exclude certain adventure activities. This should be arranged at the time of payment of the deposit and will, in certain circumstance, covers you against loss of deposit or cancellation fees from the date of confirmation of your booking, as shown in the insurance policy. You also agree to indemnify us against all third-party claim, actions, damages and remedies may be brought against us in respect of your participation in the holiday.
Illness or Absenteeism
In the event of your withdrawal from a holiday after the commencement as a result of illness, you must obtain a medical certificate in support of any insurance claim. Unfortunately no refunds can be made of any absences from a tour, including but not limited to missed meals or sightseeing.
Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for snow or weather conditions, nor can any vacation be cancelled or amended by you at any time on the basis of snow or weather conditions.
