    Below you will find a list of frequently asked questions by our divers. Do let us know if your concern is not addressed.

  • 1. Does DiveAsia NOW! organize trips outside of the listed schedule?

    Yes we do. The scheduled trips are intended more for customers who wish to join group trips. However, if your schedule is unable to meet ours, we can arrange a trip that meets yours. As we said, “We Plan, You Dive.”

  • 2. Is it possible to customize trips for us?

    Yes it’s possible. We can customize the trip according to your needs. Besides customizing, we will also provide advice and recommendations to make your trip an enjoyable one.

  • 3. Where can we find the featured trip for the month?

    Currently, we are still in the midst of revamping our website, the featured trip for the month is shown on the left sidebar. However, to know the featured trip for the whole month, you can drop us an email at [email protected].

  • 4. What is the booking process?

    You can log in to our OneDiver system at https://onediver.com/diveasia-now/ to sign up for a trip. We’ll help you check for the availability and once the availability is confirmed, we will approve your trip from our OneDiver system. You can make payment to us via OCBC bank transfer, cheque or cash. We will be implementing credit card payment facilities soon. In the meantime, we’ll need your cooperation to make the payment via the above methods.

    Alternatively, you can make your enquiry via our email at [email protected]. We’ll check the availability for you, and once confirmed, we will let you know via email. The payment method is the same as above.

  • 5. How do we make payment?

    Currently the payment has to be made via OCBC bank transfer, cheque or cash. We will be implementing credit card payment facilities soon. In the meantime, we’ll need your cooperation to make the payment via the above methods.

  • 6. Does DiveAsia NOW! sell travel insurance?

    For all our trips, we will engage our partner, Charis, to provide insurance coverage for the customers if they wish to apply.

  • 7. Will DiveAsia NOW! settle the visa requirement for us?

    We are unable to apply visa for our customers at the moment. However, we do provide advice on the visa requirement for each destination to our customers and the relevant authority to go to for applying visa.

  • 8. Can we go direct to the resorts to do the booking and not go through DiveAsia NOW!

    Yes you are able to. For DiveAsia NOW!, we provide the convenience for customers when planning for a dive trip, at times, our dive trips are priced lower than self-planned trips because of our strong relationship with the resorts and operators as well as our economies of scale. We wish to help you in your planning as much as possible. However, we won’t insist if you wish to do it yourself. It’s your experience that counts =)

  • 9. Can I make payment online?

    We are working on this at the moment. This is part of our efforts in making the whole trip planning process as convenient as possible. Stay tune!

  • 10. What if I am traveling from outside of Singapore, how do I make my payment?

    You can do a bank transfer to us. However, the bank transfer fees have to be borne by the payee.
